From the Founder
On the cusp of industrialization, India stood in worry about what was to come. Some considered the
boon a blessing while others feared the repercussions of this rapidly growing movement. It was at
this time a wise man, Mr. Brijmohan Masturlal understood the importance of both sides and devised a
way to aid industrialization while helping take measures to curb the ill-effects of it, a filtration
company for commercial purposes. Hence, he set us Masturlal Fabrichem.
His vision helped build a legacy of trust, that was aided by his son, Mr. Ashesh Masturlal.
Together, they created a niche that expanded into leaders in the Indian and global market of
filtration. Mr. Anish Zaveri helped further continue this path of expansion which included
technological innovation and emphasis on a ‘client first’ approach.
With each passing decade, Masturlal Fabrichem has shaped into an inspiring story from one
man’s vision. Today it is dedicated to providing simple solutions to the complexities of air
filtration, also the need of the hour world over. Having earned the respect and recognition for
international best practices, best filtration solutions and innovative filtration solutions, it is

An additional automated production line has been introduced, expanding the production capacity to 3,000 bags per day. And an new product line designed for high-temperature applications along with an exclusive partnership and technical collaboration with Gutsche GmbH in the East African region.
On the road of dominance in filtration, Masturlal Fabrichem signs an exclusive partnership and technical association with Gutsche GmbH in India.
Developing with the addition of Mr. Anish Zaveri in the family business who has experience of working with global management firms like KPMG and TCS.
Rapid growth is aided by a 45,000 sq.ft. factory, fully automated lines of production and shifting the company to Vadodara.
Becoming a trendsetter in Asia, Mr. Ashesh Masturlal implemented the installation of automated machines in the continent. This is accompanied by the setting up of a sales office in Vadodara and an ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification with the addition of clients like JK Cement, Laxmi Cement, JP Group, India Cement, Thermax, Batliboi, FLSmidth and others.
Progress translating into further into a new manufacturing unit in Daman helping production jump from 500 to 1000 bags a day.
Expanding the business with a bigger facility in Vasai, Mumbai and adding local tailors to the production unit. This helped reach higher productivity of 500 bags a day.
Adding a new feather in the cap by making finished air filters with the help of a local tailor for Union Carbide, Mumbai. Increasing productivity with the production of a record 25 bags a day using a manual machine.
Another member of the family, Mr. Ashesh Masturlal joins his father in the business and continues to make Masturlal Fabrichem the number 1 choice in filtration.
